Take your filet of salmon and brush with a little olive oil (front and back) then season with your favorite jerk seasoning (front and back) and cover with Saran wrap for 30 minutes place in fridge. In the mean time you should be cooking your choice of pasta and place to the side. As your salmon has marinated remove from fridge. In a deep pan add in 2 tbsp. of minced garlic and a little butter, and sauté. Reduce heat to medium. Add your salmon flipping every 3-4 minutes until it is cook thoroughly. Remove salmon (only) in the same pan add 2 cups of half and half and 1 cup of chicken broth (reduce heat) then add ½ tsp of cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and I also added 1 tsp of Creole seasoning, and 1/2 cup of butter. Let it simmer. In another pan you want to sauté your asparagus and mushrooms in olive oil and a little salt. Remove vegetables and place in the cream sauce. Add your desired noodles (stir) and finally add your salmon. Place in your serving dish garish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
If it is too spicy you can add in a little bit more half and half and a little brown sugar to adjust the taste. Please make sure your salmon is cooked thoroughly. If you want your sauce a little thicker you can add a little of heavy whipping cream.
