Drummets




Ingredients

  • 8-10 drummets or drums portion of wing Your choice of seasoning
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

on cutting board slice the end of the drummet (part you hold) and push meat all the down until you form a ball. Season and coat in flour Fry in a deep fryer (meat side down) fry for about 5-8 minutes. Remove from oil and drain. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
